工作職責：Job Responsibilities
1.對室內設計方案的全過程進行把控，把握進度、安排分工、把關質量;
Review or Complete in person space planning of all projects;
2.指導室內設計師履行職責，對設計質量、進度、成本實施有效控制;
Guide and review project work and relevant drawings at design development and construction drawings stages;
3.及時編制、整理技術文件，確保技術文件的及時性和完整性;
Renew and organize technical documents to ensure the time-efficiency and completeness;
4.收集分析相關資料，編制分管項目各階段設計任務書;
Collect and analyze the related data, establish and supervise the design specification of each stage in projects;
5.對設計中的關鍵節(jié)點進行控制，及時指導研究解決設計中的重點、難點和疑點;
Operate the key part of the design, guide, and research, solve difficulties promptly;
6.組織設計監(jiān)理、公司相關部門對設計成果進行評審確認和圖紙自審;
Organize design supervision, related departments in the company to self examine the drawing and review the design result;
7.及時解決項目過程中的各項技術問題，并協助處理好與甲方之間的關系，保持良好的外部合作環(huán)境;
Solve the variety technical problems in the process of projects, remain good relations with clients to cooperation ;
8.公司安排的其他工作。
Accomplish the other assignments that arranged by the company.
任職要求：Job Requirements
1.室內設計、藝術設計等相關專業(yè)，本科及以上學歷;
Bachelors Degree or higher qualification in Interior Design;
2.具有室內設計行業(yè)8年以上工作經驗，并且擁有杰出作品案例;
Minimum of 8 years experience in the field of Interior Design;
3.熟練的手繪美術功底，熟練操作CAD，3D，PS等相關繪圖軟件及辦公軟件;
Proficiency in sketching, AutoCAD, Sketch-Up, 3D, Photoshop software;
4.把握設計效果能力強，有很強的設計理念及獨到藝術見解;
Creative with strong design philosophy;
5.有職業(yè)道德，高度責任心，思路清晰，有良好的溝通與組織協調能力;
Professional ethics, highly responsible, good communication and organization skills;
6.較高的藝術氣質和修養(yǎng)、較強的方案創(chuàng)意、方案講解、客戶說服能力;
Skilled at presentation, design, detailing, time management ability and people management;
