Responsible for select, develop and manage sales staff. With revenue management, develop hotel sales strategy. Ensure that sales strategies are communicated and implemented. Manager all sales administrative functions to including goal setting, bonus program, etc. Serve as hotels authority on sales processes and sales contracts. Act as sales contact for General Manager, property leaders, and cluster sales leaders and customer.
