? To support the implementation of Basic Education project activities, contributing to design, planning, budgeting, monitoring and evaluation; 支持實(shí)施互滿愛社區(qū)幼兒班項(xiàng)目，為項(xiàng)目設(shè)計(jì)、規(guī)劃、預(yù)算、監(jiān)督和評估做出貢獻(xiàn)和支持。
? Provide technical support for project partners and monitor the progress of the project through regular project site visits; 為項(xiàng)目合作伙伴提供技術(shù)支持，并配合開展定期的項(xiàng)目現(xiàn)場訪問監(jiān)測項(xiàng)目進(jìn)展;
? To support the Senior Project Officer in the planning and preparation of high quality donor reports and funding proposals.支持**項(xiàng)目官員在項(xiàng)目計(jì)劃，實(shí)施，項(xiàng)目合作伙伴報(bào)告等，同時(shí)在項(xiàng)目籌資方面進(jìn)行必要的支持。
? To assist the Senior Project Officer in preparation of project budgets, financial reports and forecasts and in monitoring and strengthening financial accountability at project management level; 協(xié)助**項(xiàng)目主管做好項(xiàng)目預(yù)算、財(cái)務(wù)報(bào)告和預(yù)測，并在項(xiàng)目管理層面監(jiān)督和加強(qiáng)財(cái)務(wù)問責(zé)
? To assist and help local project solve issues/problems 幫助實(shí)地項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理解決遇到的各種問題及困難，確保項(xiàng)目按照計(jì)劃實(shí)施。
? Become aware of current policy and practices regarding rural education situation for children at national and provincial levels; 了解當(dāng)前國家和省級兒童農(nóng)村教育狀況的政策和做法
? To support project director and the POF Team on the communications needs of the organization, helping with reports and case studies that will support fundraising or other needs;幫助項(xiàng)目主任及幼兒班項(xiàng)目團(tuán)隊(duì)在溝通交流方面，同時(shí)在報(bào)告，學(xué)習(xí)，籌款等方面進(jìn)行必要的幫助
? To provide necessary support to other components within the whole organization when required.提供其它必要的幫助，在整個(gè)機(jī)構(gòu)和其它項(xiàng)目的工作。
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE 崗位要求
? A professional qualification at Bachelor level. e.g. early education, health education, or social work; 本科以上學(xué)歷。例如學(xué)前教育、健康教育或社會(huì)工作
? Ability to effectively communicate with people of different backgrounds, including in rural areas of project sites; 能夠有效地與不同背景的人進(jìn)行溝通，包括在項(xiàng)目地點(diǎn)的農(nóng)村地區(qū);
? Excellent professional and personal communication skills, and analytical skills; **的專業(yè)和個(gè)人溝通技巧，分析能力
? Good report writing skills;良好的報(bào)告寫作技巧
? Willing and be able to travel extensively and regularly to project sites 愿意并能夠經(jīng)常出差到項(xiàng)目地點(diǎn)
