1. Maintain and administer records, inventory control and allocation of charges as may be required in accordance with. Requirement of Chief Engineer.

2. Establish a minimum par of approximately one month’s supply of the frequently withdrawn items. In areas where supply is difficult, the par should be based on delivery availability.
對常用材料建立**少一個月的庫存量。對于較難采購的材料，要根據到貨周期來建立庫存。
3. To record all things in the stock on stock card.
所有倉庫物品要記錄，并做庫存卡。
4. Order relevant spare parts, materials and tools. Evaluate the quality and price of all goods ordered.
定購相關的備件，材料和工具。評估所采購物品的質量和價格。
5. Liaise with Relevant supervisors for their requirement of material and minimize issues to ensure full utilization and control of all items.
與相關的主管聯絡詢問材料需求狀況以確保所采購材料能被充分使用。
6. Coordinate with accounting representative on the monthly inventory of various engineering materials and supplies.
協助財務部每月工程材料與配件的庫存盤點。
7．Ensure all incoming and outgoing Engineering tools, spare parts and equipment are properly recorded.
確保全部進出的工程部工具、備件和設備均妥善記錄。
8．Be responsible for the security of all parts and materials.
對所采購材料的安全負責。
9. Perform as a major member of fire fighting crew while on duty. React immediately to a fire alarm/information in case of fire.
當班時應為義務消防隊的一員。一旦發生火情立即反應。
10. Keep Engineering Store Room clean, tidy and safety.
保持工程部倉庫干凈、整潔和安全。
11. The management reserves the right to change / extend this job description if necessary at any point of time during her / his employment.
